THE BEDROOMS

All four bedrooms have central heating and remote-controlled colour TV.

On the ground floor, allowing for easier access, is an en-suite double bedroom with two windows overlooking the large rear garden. The en-suite comprises loo, hand basin and large shower cubicle.

Upstairs are three further bedrooms all of which overlook the front garden:

An en-suite Family Room with king-size and single bed, plus a jolly nice foldaway bed allowing for a family of four. The en-suite comprises loo, hand basin and shower.

An en-suite double bedroom with loo, hand basin and bath with integral shower.
